   We boarded both our rabbits here and had such peace of mind while we were away. Karen explained everything beforehand and helped us select which was the most appropriate accommodation for our rabbits’ needs. Lots of love and treats for the pets, with lots of communication and photos of their stay. The rabbits were obviously cared for at HugABunnyHotel as they came home happy and in great spirits!    Absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend, Mario and Barbie are already booked in for Xmas. It's so lovely and reassuring to find somewhere trustworthy for our rabbits to go to when we're away.    My bunnies have stayed with Karen at her 5* hotel since 2021. It is so reassuring to know that they are so beautifully cared for when I am away. Karen treats all her guests with the most expert and professional service, love and care .    Amazing! Karen is fantastic. We sent our bunnies for bonding and I was nervous with having our bunnies not at home, however Karen was very reassuring and understanding. Our bunnies have come back very happy and totally in love with each other. You can tell how passionate and caring Karen is. Couldn't thank Karen enough! Highly recommend!

   We wanted an alternative to hutched boarding for our house rabbits, and my goodness we struck gold with Hug a Bunny Hotel. Our two have been regular boarders there since 2021, and we simply don't know what we would do without Karen, Michael and the team. It was clear to us from day one that each guest is loved and cared for like one of their own. Our male bunny has some additional needs, but Karen takes it all in her stride, even when he had to have daily injections during one stay. Karen has a wealth of knowledge and experience with animals, so we know ours are in the safest of hands whenever they are in her care. The hotel also has regular open days where people can view the facilities for themselves, which further builds confidence and trust as you see how brilliantly the business is run and how much the team love what they do. Karen makes a point of getting to know each of her guests inside-out. We love seeing her fab photographs of all the bunnies and hearing what ours have been up to during their stay. They are always relaxed, happy and healthy when we pick them up. We know we have found the best in the business, and we look forward to many happy years of boarding with Hug a Bunny Hotel. Thank you Karen and team for everything you do for our bunnies.

   I couldn't think of a better place for our 2 indoors free-roam bunnies. They've just spent 2 months at Hug a bunny hotel with Karen. We have been able to leave them there, knowing they're in expert loving hands without worrying. Not only have they received the best treatment, accomodation and food, but Karen was also keeping us posted with pictures and videos on request. She does go above and beyond, is rabbit savy and next to an exotic vet. We had to hire a car and drive 140km for drop off and pick up but we wouldn't have it any other way. It really is the best place. Thank you Karen for all the things you do.

   We love Hug a Bunny Hotel! Karen treats Honey, Bumble and Bear like they are her own pets! They receive a five star service and we even adopted one of our rabbits from her! Karen has a fantastic approach and gives real love, care and attention to all of her guests. She greets everyone by name and she is aware of our rabbit’s additional needs and I know that I can trust her to administer all of the different medicines safely and regularly. I trust her completely with my pets and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

   I am so impressed with Karen and the service we got from Hug a Bunny Hotel. I was in a sticky fix when my rabbit Luna went into stasis the day we were leaving for holiday! Karen was excellent. She administered meds for me and kept a close, watchful eye on Luna 24/7. Luna made a full recovery and I was able to relax on the first holiday we’ve had in a long time. I would not hesitate to recommend hug a bunny hotel and we will be booking again!

   My two bunnies had a wonderful stay here. Karen was flexible with our short notice and need to extend and clearly passionate and caring.    I found Hug a Bunny Hotel on Instagram and couldn't wait to book in my french lop (Bunnie). The inside and outside areas are rabbit heaven and Karen is the PERFECT fur baby Aunty. She sent me photos throughout his stay which made me so happy. I am very much looking forward to him going there next year for a holiday, whilst I am at Glastonbury festival :) !
