   My dog Alfie has just completed the Steady Paws training programme and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. I’d especially like to highlight how fantastic Jake has been throughout the programme. The training was tailored perfectly to help address Alfie's anxiety on the lead when he meets other (bigger) dogs and Jake has been so supportive and encouraging. In addition to demonstrating and explaining everything so clearly his patient and calm manner, combined with his natural ability around dogs has had a really positive impact on Alfie's responsiveness and overall behaviour. I can’t recommend the training programme highly enough — it’s been an absolute game-changer for me and for Alfie.

   Highly recommended , jack was wonderful! We recently attended a puppy training session at Rags and Berts with our dachshund, Koi, and it was such a wonderful experience! Jack helped us so much to better understand our dog — how to help him enjoy life while also becoming a well-behaved and disciplined pup. You can really see how passionate Jack is about what he does; he works with so much patience, dedication, and genuine love for animals. We’re so grateful for everything we’ve learned and for how much progress Koi has made. Highly recommend Rags and Berts and Jack to anyone who wants the best start for their puppy!

   Our staffie always has fun here. They looked after her well when she had a mishap with her claw while we were away (she’s an exceedingly high energy dog). We initially took her there as she didn’t get on at a private dog sitter, but Rags and Bert’s know their stuff and know what to look for in a dog’s body language - they seem to be canine experts. Would recommend.

   Rag and Bert's recently upgraded their grooming service. The Grooming Pod by Sophie is a fantastic grooming service. I couldn't be happier with the monthly service and treatment my dogs receive. Sophie has lots of experience, with nervous dogs to first timers and pups, is super friendly and is a great addition to the Rag and Bert's team. We love the "postcards" from the Grooming Pod which always make us smile. My dogs have been going to doggy daycare for many many years now, having this service while they are attending daycare is super convenient and the prices are competitive comparing to the general grooming market. Trusting my "babies" not only to be cared for by the skilled team in daycare but to have the same care for grooming is a blessing, and peace of mind. Thanks to the ENTIRE Rags and Berts Team.

   We feel so lucky to have found Rags and Berts. Our GSP Bella has such a good time and loves being able to play and be sociable with all the other dogs in a safe and secure environment. The team are fantastic and run a very professional operation. We can't thank them enough for looking after Bella and allowing us to go away and relax knowing she is also having such a brilliant time and being lovingly taken care of. Thank you!!

   Huge, massive thank you to Sarah at Rags & Bert's for sorting out a last minute doggy hotel change for my dog due to a work trip change. Sarah was able to add in some extra dates and move things around to accommodate my changes without fuss and with a super friendly approach! A total weight off my mind knowing my dog is going to have a great time at Rags & Bert's, just like always, and I am able to attend my work trip fully focused knowing she is in great hands. 10/10, 5 start, gold standard service once again. Cannot recommend Sarah and Rags & Bert's highly enough! Thank you!
