We took our cat Bruno to sally to look after whilst we were away getting married. Sally was very friendly and the facilities were great. We felt very relaxed leaving him in Sally's hands and felt reassured that he was having a great time as she sent us pictures and updates which put our mind at rest. Will definitely be using sally again!
Sally really looked after our cat Smokey, I could tell immediately that he was relaxed in her presence, and she had a wonderful way of making him feel welcome. Sally has some lovely facilities for the cats, so that they can go outside in their pens in a fully enclosed secure section at night if they want to, and she sent me some regular updates about how Smokey was and how he was settling in. I had full confidence in Sally and what she was doing to look after our cat, and I feel that it is a home from home for him. I can't recommend Sally enough, she is absolutely brilliant at looking after each cat, and making sure that they feel loved and looked after as if they were in their own home. Sally is simply brilliant, and I can't recommend her enough. Thank you so much.
I had never put my 10 year old cat in to a cattery before so I was very nervous, Sally was amazing. She put my mind at ease, I had no doubt the he would be treated like a Prince whilst he was there. Sally kept me updated throughout his stay, and he seemed very relaxed when I went to collect him. I would highly recommend Catopia, Sally takes care of all cats as if they are her own. The accommodation for them is great, they have lots of space and even an outdoor area. I will definitely use Catopia again, thank you Sally for treating Teddy so well!
This was our first time placing our Cat into a cattery since rescuing her from Battersea so were a little apprehensive. Sally was absolutely fantastic with Misha sending us videos Reassuring us that she was happy and doing fine, she was thoroughly spoilt and Sally really looked after her, we will definitely use her again in future. Thank you Sally for looking after a cat so well !
I would very highly recommend Sally’s services. I was nervous since it was my first time leaving my cat but she was very reassuring and regularly sent photos and videos to let me know how he was doing. It was also very heartwarming how Sally has a bond with every cat she looks after and made me feel even more comfortable to leave him in her care. Will definitely return in the future!
Sally is just simply amazing! We had to have our kitten early as her mum was poorly but it was just before we went away. Sally took her in and looked after our kitten like her own. After seeing how upset our young children were leaving the kitten, Sally went out of her way to provide a daily pictures or videos for the children to let them know the kitten was happy. It was a beautiful touch and cannot recommend this beautiful cattery enough. We are already booked in for our next trip too!
Sally has looked after our boy Dexter for a week and has been amazing. She has administered medication for him 3 times a day being epileptic, given him lots of love and affection, cuddles and play time. Sally kept us up to date with photos and videos of Dexter during his stay which helped to keep our minds at ease. We will 100% be using Catopia when we need again when away for Dexter to be cared and loved on his little holiday. Sally is a true cat lover, enthusiast and advocate. I can’t recommend Sally and Catopia enough. From the moment we met to discuss my cats requirements, I found Sally to be professional, informative and friendly. I felt very happy and comfortable about leaving my cats in her capable hands. Sally’s love of all cats shines through and the facilities are welcoming, clean, pretty and homely. You can be reassured that your fur baby will be cared for like one of her own. I wouldn’t put my cats anywhere else now. One warning though, make sure that you book in advance if you want to get your fur babies in!
To be honest I almost don’t want to write this review and let the cat out of the bag! Our little cat has stayed at Catopia a few times now. This luxury cattery manages to be highly professional and super personal at the same time. The pens have been very thoughtfully designed, are roomy, immaculately clean, beautifully decorated and there are plenty of toys. Sally’s care is second to none and she loves her cat guests as much as she does her own beautiful cats. How we ever get our cat home again I don’t know. Highly recommended without hesitation.
