   You can never go wrong with a good old I had a fantastic experience here . From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming and well organised. The manager was attentive, professional, and clearly runs a great team. A special mention goes to the waiter, Chris, who was outstanding friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive without being intrusive. He really made my visit enjoyable. All of the staff were lovely, polite, and approachable, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and special. The service matched the high quality of the food, and we left feeling very well looked after. I’ll definitely be returning and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for excellent food and exceptional service.

   We had a lovely meal at Miller and Carter last night. We had 3 courses and drinks. The food was excellent as was the presentation of the food. Lucy was our waitress, she was so lovely and attentive despite the restaurant being packed. Lucy really helped make the whole experience a success. Great atmosphere and so lovely inside. Happy to give 5 stars to Miller and Carter and Lucy! Also compliments to the hard working chefs and all the staff for making everyone's evening a happy one.

   Lovely experience have just left. Had starters, main and a desert and it was almost perfect. Chipotle Chicken, Calamari and Prawns were good, the chicken in the tables opinion being the best out of the 3. For mains, we used the set menù and got Ribeyes, two came cooked as asked but one needed sending back as it was probably more medium rare rather than medium well. Fries were okay and I had the peppercorn sauce which was good. For desert, we tried the White Chocolate Brûlée and it was very good

   Food was brilliant, and the staff are very attentive. I have been twice and had the lunch menu between 12-5 and it’s very good value for money (3 courses for £23) The soup is amazing on that menu. In fact everything I tried in the pictures is spot on. Highly recommend. I know the main menu is a bit expensive but I’m sure will be equally as good for the price you would pay. Great servers at this restaurant and good come out quick and hot. Today my server was Andrea and she was very polite and very quick to clean away the table when I was done.

   We’ve been here a few times and had good experiences. Tonight however, was the polar opposite! The mushroom starter was quite a letdown but both of our main courses were really very poor. We ordered steaks, one medium-rare, the other medium/well-done; when they arrived, you couldn’t tell them apart. I couldn’t eat mine as it was so rare (see photo). My partner struggled with her steak as it was so full of gristle. The fries were cold and the leafy dressing (water cress?) looked to be a week old. Only after we were home did we notice that the ‘two courses for £20’ had actually been charged at individual prices meaning that we were overcharged around £10. The only positive was the young lady who waited our table; very pleasant and apologetic. Unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to blank out everything else that was so poor. So in summary, really really poor food and a rip-off too.
