My fur baby loved it here so much that she didn’t want to come home with me which is a first! Spotlessly clean, calm spaces and the purple pods! I really appreciated the text to say my cat was doing well. A very popular cattery so book well in advance.
Coxford Down is one of the best catteries I’ve experienced so far that I’m happy to leave my fur baby with, and I’ve had him for 7 years. I always go for them if it’s available. The staff are very friendly and they have allowed me to pick up my fur baby outside of usual hours under special circumstances (I.e. after a long flight). They’re very easy going with the final invoice. And I appreciate that I can log in to the kitty cams to check on him. The ONLY thing I wish they could do is take my kitty on walks with the harness when he’s there for a longer period of time. I don’t go on holiday much, but I recently went away for two weeks and would have liked them to walk him for 10 minutes every couple of days but they couldn’t for insurance reasons which I understand. They did however let me video call so I could let my baby know he wasn’t abandoned. You guys do great! Keep it up :)
A truly outstanding Cattery! On arrival we were greeted quickly by friendly and helpful staff. They showed us where our cat would be staying and engaged with our cat happily and playfully from the outset. They had already printed the notes we had sent and had a good pre-understanding of what our cat eats and likes etc. When we returned after a week, our cat was happy and was very comfortable with all the staff. The staff told us all about the stay and what he’d been up to! The room our cat had, had a webcam which was also a nice addition to see how he was doing whilst we were away. This is an amazing cattery, the suites are all kept spotless with really comfortable beds and cosy little pods which our boy spends a lot of time in. All the staff are friendly, helpful and caring and can’t do enough to make your cats stay comfortable. The webcams help keep you reassured about how your cat is being looked after. No hesitation in recommending this cattery. We also like that it is open seven days a week.

5* accommodation for your cats! We have been using Coxford down for years and our cats love it there. It’s so nice to have peace of mind that they’re being loved and looked after so well. Leanne and the staff are so friendly and accommodating and the cat cams are a unique feature!
