   I can't praise Lorna and Rebecca enough. They made what can be a very stressful experience, buying and selling a house, as straightforward and painless as is possible. We were selling a very old property, with lots of anomalies and queries, but the whole chain completed in 3 months. That seems to be unheard of in the present climate, but Lorna and Rebecca were so efficient and proactive it just shows it can be done. We would recommend them without hesitation.

   Trethowans Winchester house purchase conveyancing service. Trethowans offer a no fee insurance for a modest sum in the event of a no-sell or no-buy. We sold thanks to a long and fragile chain being well managed by our estate agent Savills and Lorna at Trethowans. For our purchase, Trethowans unearthed an unsatisfactory S106 agreement, and we pulled out. The no-fee insurance was a relief. We went on to purchase another property, and the legal work was completed in under two months. Trethowans almost always responded to queries within 24 hours. The service was personal and supportive.
