   I had an absolutely fantastic stay here in December. When I arrived for my stay (to attend a work's christmas dance nearby) there was an oversight and I had no room booked (my error). The receptionist and management team were fantastic - very empathetic and understanding. They found me a room and even upgraded me for free (this was a lovely touch). The hotel is stunning. Very modern with a cosy atmosphere from the lighting to the decor. And the parking at both the front and back is a bonus. The breakfast too was excellent - cooked to order and very good quality. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and the staff should all be commended for their terrific attitudes and eagerness to make a customer feel special. Merry Christmas Malmaison Aberdeen.

   Really nice atmosphere at this hotel: relaxed lounge/bar area and friendly staff. Love the idea of a reward to reduce room cleaning on multiple night stays. Useful car park at the back although quite small. Room very nice, coffee machine and chocolates (!) and a good choice of to TV stations. Very happy with stay.

   I have stayed at this hotel in the past. Recently my partner and I have been staying a lot due to work (weekly) you just cannot get any better. It is on the nicest street in Aberdeen and close to the centre. Amanda and Rosie are just amazing! Both so kind and treat us very well every time we stay. Amanda thank you for treating us to nice rooms. Spotless everytime. Food in the resturant you cannot fault the lamb and turkey is amazing! Honestly would stay again and again. Rosie and Amanda thank you for always making us welcome!!

   My wife and I stayed here on vacation from the US. We had a fantastic time, the room and bed was very comfortable, more than expected. The decorations were out for Christmas and looked amazing. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere perfect for a getaway. The restaurant downstairs was always busy, and the food was delicious. I hadn't expected much since it was a hotel restaurant, but each dish was excellent. The staff here was extremely kind and accommodating. They were polite, professional and helpful at every opportunity. I have never had service at a hotel where every employee seemed to enjoy their job and be as ready and eager to help as here.

   l always stay at the Malmaison when I am in Aberdeen, and the experience is always very pleasant. The hotel has great rooms which are nicely decorated. Nice bathrooms too. Their breakfast is good. The location is another positive and the staff are wonderful. Great value for money.

   Great short stay at this boutique hotel. Friendly welcome and surprise upgrade to their master suite! Dinner was lovely, good size portions and vegetarian/vegan options available. Breakfast has a choice of either continental or hot breakfast. Great if included in your room rate.

   A very sincere thank you and Five Stars to the wonderful Nikki and Leanne in the Spa! They made our first visit such a wonderful, first class experience that we simply couldn't help ourselves and booked all of their remaining appointments during our stay. Even then, they went above and beyond, letting us know when another guest cancelled - offering us another opportunity we were very happy to take. That guest's loss was certainly our gain. In the end, I think we did everything - massages, facials, nails... through it all, they pampered us and made us feel like royalty. The treatments were wonderful, made even better by their truly sparkling personalities and world class hospitality. We will be certain to return.

   Totally enjoyed our stay at Malmaison Aberdeen. Superb warm welcome and check in by Amanda who radiates sunshine energy and impeccable service. Compliments to her and the rest of the team. I also enjoyed the walk to and fro to the city centre though if you prefer to, the hotel can order a taxi for you. The hotel environment is cosy and comfortable. Excellent chill out place at the bar and also Chez Mal Brasserie for dinner. There’s complimentary car park.

   We had an overnight stay which was a spontaneous decision after seeing one of their special offers, and having stayed in their Dundee hotel on previous occasions. As the hotel was not overly busy, we were upgraded to a Club room, which was most appreciated. Very comfortable with plenty of amenities.
