Avoid this place No contact with an owner. Never been inside. Had to find another accomodation.

Clean, spacious room. Quiet. Room could do with a bedside lamp. But otherwise very good value for money

Review for Jewel Guest House, Aberdeen I recently stayed at the Jewel Guest House in Aberdeen and found it to be decent for the price paid £36. The room was basic but generally clean. However, there were a couple of issues that made the stay less comfortable. Firstly, there was no heating, which made the room quite cold. I attempted to find someone to ask about it, but there was no staff available at the time. Additionally, the toilet seat was broken, which was an inconvenience. That being said, for the budget price, the accommodation was acceptable. It’s suitable for a short stay if you’re just looking for a place to rest. With a few improvements in maintenance and guest support, it could be a much better experience. What would you expect for that price for on that point of view it is a 5/5 owners also have the Indian across the road and the food is really good!

Regular user of this BNB. The owner rudely told me to move my car from his parking space while other guests were allowed to use it. If you have a car I suggest not to bring it because you are going to get in to an argument. Very disappointed especially when I had made over 12 bookings with them previously.

Misleading from the outside but very clean and smart inside. The rooms are associated with the Jewel In The Crown restaurant across the road. Trying to check in early was a mistake (we had made some sort of arrangement, but it was flawed and we had to hang around til nearer the official check in time of 4pm). Once in, the service and attention was excellent. Fittings apparently very new. Shower was extremely stiff to operate. Good value for a city centre hotel - although it IS a wee walk from most amenities.

Nelu is a star. He couldn't do enough for us. Place is immaculate. Hospitality from Nelu is first class. Adjoining Indian Restaurant was excellent. Highly recommend. If we are ever back in Aberdeen we will return.

Lovely Guest House, the manager was very friendly and welcoming. Clean rooms very well kept and cosy. Beds were comfortable too. Nice and quiet location and near to the city centre, bus and rail stations.
