   This accomodation is worth between 4 and 5 stars. I've given 4 only because the mattress was lumpy and the wee sofa too low and soft. The bath with overhead shower were my favourite. Water pressure and temperature top notch and I enjoyed a bath after 2 very wet trips out. We extended our check out time by an hour for £10 which was worth it as we still had a couple of hours before our train home. The location of the property is only a few minutes walk to Union Street and all the shops and near the His Majesty's Theatre for a show we'd booked I'd definitely stay here again and hopefully when we are back the proprietors will have upgraded the mattress in room 105 :)

   Lovely apartments that can get quite hot. Don't bring a massive suitcase as the stairs are quite narrow and steep. I've really enjoyed my stay, but not having someone around when checking in has been an issue for quite a few people, and I was having to explain to them what to do

   The location and the nearby parking garage are perfect. Unfortunately the room is a bit unhappily furnished. There is no table for eating. The sofa is more garbage than seating. The balcony cannot be used as it is full of bird shit and not cleaned. There are no coat hooks and the kitchen facilities are poor. Cleaning was done with detergent without washing it off - horrible. Toaster full of crumbs. Tea kettle filthy. Shower head full of mold! The reception in the office was very unfriendly and incomprehensible. Too bad. I think there are better alternatives in Aberdeen for this price.

   We were so disappointed. We normally stay at the Park Inn but thought we would try these suites. The poor female on reception was very young on her own and it was cold in the reception. We were given a code in an email to get in and out of main door and our own door to our room which is fine if you don’t run out of battery on your phone! There is nobody on reception from 6pm which I think is quite a risk if there is an emergency but maybe that’s me just being overly cautious. We got up to our room and it smelt stale. It was very warm which was lovely. They took a £75 deposit which you don’t get back for 3 days. The bed light was hanging loose on the wall, living room blind came fully down when adjusted, bedroom blind doesn’t fit in the window so sticks out on to the wall, living room door has no latch and handle hanging off, fridge wasn’t clean, living room standard lamp was not working. We asked reception if we could get a refund as we would go elsewhere but she said it was doubtful but she would check with the manager. I would definitely not recommend this place as it’s not what it seems in the website.

   Room was fine setout like a mini apartment, Would be better off putting a 2 seater in somehow have horrid mini bucket chairs for a breakfast table and a hard wood back chair and table by the TV which cut out every 30seconds was poor, add that to the mattresses (cheap low spring jobbies) Left me with a bad back still a week later! Really a shame when granted the travel lodge isn't amazing they always have decent mattress - Ref for response Room103 Wood Desk Chair by TV wobbles - TV either dropped signal alot or dropped out of image, the 2 bucket/tub style chairs seats by breakfast table small uncomfortable no suitable for sitting in for an entire evening, and he mattress sit on it laydown and just roll in to the middle its not comfortable and you can hear the springs - would have mentioned but apart from checking no one was about when i arrived back the next day - but as i was only about another day seemed pointless after that. - other than that the place was nice - nice design and nice look rating purely based on those things easy to fix and because i spent the next few days with a bad back from poor sleep

   Was good for one night wouldn't spend any more there. Tv was in the corner which made it hard to watch from the bed and could not change channel without getting up as corner blocked sensor. Shower was difficult to get in and out of without soaking the place or standing in cold shower till it heated up.

   We were welcomed to The Craibstone Suites, Aberdeen by a delightful, happy, friendly and super helpful young man at front desk (which was beautiful) after being let down grisly at another place in the city. We had the absolute pleasure of spending two nights in the massive, beautifully decorated Garden Suite 2 in the lower part of the building. The room was spotlessly clean in every way, The bed was massive and very comfortable. I’d happily live in that suite thinking back on ot as it had everything we could need. The kitchen was a perfect size, and the large bathroom was beyond the kitchen which was great planning. The shower was brilliant but I’d have been happy to die in that huge P shaped bath. It was great. There was enough natural light came through the window despite it being in the lower floor, and a lovely touch of the frosting on the glass for privacy and then a black out roller blind. There was an extra pillow (to accompany the 3 already on the bed) inside a pillow bag within the fitted wardrobe. We had access to an iron & ironing board too. My only gripe would be there were only two hangers but I’m saying that there was also a suitcase trolley in the wardrobe too. The room TV was large enough for us and came with all Freeview channels too. And of course free Wi-Fi. The bed was so comfortable and room so quiet we slept until gone 10am next morning - a first for us! The kitchen had integrated fridge with a couple of pots of milk in, a kettle, a hob cooking top and two sets of each plate, cup & cutlery, a dish with teabags ,coffee sachets & sugar & biscuits. The only thing missing to be honest was a dish towel to dry the dishes we used - sorry for using half the kitchen roll provided too. The Craibstone Suites is very central to plenty restaurants and pubs galore and at worst £3 for a taxi to go to the other end of the centre. We love to come up to Aberdeen and this time we left the car at home and got the train up, the train station is a short 5 -10 minute walk round the corner. But seeing there is plenty parking outside we will bring the car up next time. The booking out time was later than usual too at 11am, but you can say if you think you need more time. It was perfect time for us anyway for our train. 5 star ALL DAY LONG! I highly recommend this stunning place, and we will be booking again shortly in plenty of time for our next stay.    We were visiting Aberdeen for a show and stayed here for one night. Apartment we got was perfect size for the two of us and very clean. It's a wee walk away from town center but in a quiet area. Recommended
