   The rooms with bathroom was good and spacious. Parking not too expensive. Breakfast very basic but OK. Not easily accessible for disabled. Good value for money, specially if booked early. Close to central streets, the sightseeing spots and supermarkets.

   Superb for the price very handy location! It can be a bit loud at night with the doors creeking. But will book again, Breakfast was a very nice touch. For the price it’s a bargain.

   It was an okayish stay. Not great, but fine for the price. One night the staff was very friendly but the next morning we were awaken by very loud private calls on speaker from the receptionist at 6 am. It went on for two hours straight... We were to tired to get up and say something. Also thin walls overall and next to a nursery. So not a super quiet place. We skipped the free breakfast and went to the excellent cafes close by.

   I really appreciated the good communication and the comfort of the room; I slept very well. The complimentary coffee and tea were also a nice touch. The only downside was the ground floor room location, from which the parking lot and car lights shone in at night and the noise of cars arriving to the guest house could be heard. Additionally, parking was an extra charge, payable on site.

   Really comfortable Beds very good for a budget Stay in Aberdeen you get what you pay for , However the shower isn't the greatest or the view from the window in my room However you do get what you pay for , tea and coffee sachets and kettle in the room ,I think an upgraded television would be great or maybe a mini fridge

   Really enjoyed my stay here . Great location and very clean albeit basic room with a shower . They do the simple things well. Good breakfast and nice staff. Would definitely stay here again

   It was not what I expected . there were no tables, no cabinets or nightstands, the bathroom had a super mini sink, very uncomfortable .I have paid less than this and it was in better condition and was more spacious and very comfortable.They should invest a little to improve many things.

   For a budget B and B it is excellent. If course there is a lot more it could offer, but as it is definitely in the budget category I feel it offers everything you could need. The breakfast was very tasty too and having private off street parking was a real bonus. I would definitely return here.

   It's a bed and parking in Central Aberdeen for around £35. There's no frills to the room, it's a little tired, floorboards creek, some noisy house guests but.....its a place to put your head down and for the price you can't go wrong. I stayed for a night out and it was perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to go back if I need to stay near the town center again. Staff couldn't be nicer, plenty communication prior to check in and it was a clean room for a few hours sleep. Thanks
