The food was excellent, especially the pastel de nata and the fish cake. The owners were very friendly and took the time to introduce us to Portuguese dishes, drinks, and local places to visit. A wonderful experience overall!
What an amazing place! The food is delicious, the portions are very generous, the owner and the team are very attentive and do everything to keep their customers happy. It’s like being in a family restaurant in Portugal. We will definitely come back. Thank you for an amazing lunch.
First visit for us on a Friday evening, lovely welcome from the owner, very friendly and relaxed feel. We had the half chicken and Portuguese steak, both excellent and really good value. We had the house red wine, really good and again great value. All of the wines on offer were from Portugal and we bought some to take home from the small shop at the rear of the restaurant. If you're going on an evening I would recommend booking as it's understandably very popular and doesn't have a huge seating area. Plenty of free parking. We would highly recommend and will definitely be returning!
Everything is perfect! Great service. We could have each happily demolished our own sharing platter. Feels like holiday in Portugal via Bletchley. The little shop in the back is sweet too!
We've been here a few times and the food is always delicious. It takes us 1 hour from Oxford but it's definitely worth the travel. Very friendly owners and the best chicken we've had anywhere! We will be returning many more times. I would recommend booking in advance as the restaurant is quite small and fills up quickly.
We ordered 2 whole chickens which were tasty but the meat was a little dry. Could have been because they were so busy! The pork steak, chorizo and desserts were amazing though
Wow, we were not disappointed. It's a family run small restaurant with 6 tables, they also offer delivery services as well. The food was just out of this world; we had few starters and main courses and shared them. My favourite was the rice, so simple but so tasty and the whole chicken, juicy, well marinated. Thank you to our host Miguel, it was such a lovely evening. There is also a little shop, in the back room. We will definitely be back there again very
Your Portugese home-from-home. The owners, the staff, the food and the wine are exceptional. You will struggle to find a better place in MK. And they've have Super Bock on tap... Say no more.
I have to thank a friend of mine for recommending me this place. I love these kind if places, being Spanish is like going back home but saving the flight tickets. It's strange no one is talking about the shop at the back, please have a look. We couldn't resist leaving without buying cheese, wine, and some other things you'll never find in UK supermarkets. Food was fantastic, and I really like Portuguese beer, pleasant experience. Nice small restaurant.
