On 30 October 2025, I committed and paid the full price to purchase new lenses to be fitted to my frame and given a delivery of 7 to 10 days. On 7th Nov. I was told they had been despatched. On 11th Nov. I was told that a quality check had revealed damage to a lens, delaying delivery to Sat.15. visited store on 18 th. Nov and told they had been dispatched, called 19th still no glasses only excuses. Some days calls not answered, failed promises and poor customer relations, will think twice on using them again.
It was a good experience for both myself and my husband and the young girl whose name I forgot was just lovely I listened to her taLKING WITH AN ELDERLEY MAN opps! She is a keeper
We had appointments at vision express Inverurie my mum is an old lady in wheelchair was late 10min and we had wait for 8 min till this young woman finish her business. Then ask can she help I sad we had appointment she looked it up looked at us like a idiot saying you appointment gone long timers ago 18 min ago and sorry you missed you appointment make another one so the service here very toxic
Holly was absolutely fabulous, helpful and honest about what suited me and what didnt. Definitely would recommend Vision Express Inverurie to anyone.
Absolutely blurred first attempt, after a month second attempt almost as bad. Second pair with previous prescription much better. Total waste of time, effort and money - never again.

I go once or twice a year for my eye's check up at Vision Express Inverurie. The team member are all quite pleasant and very helpful. Every optician I met with at Vision Express in Inverurie are excellent and always there, should I need their help Everyone within the team are friendly and know what they need to do. The same goes to the opticians.
Excellent service and change of prescription handled very well , professional and courteous service with a wide range of frames available at a reasonable prices. Would recommend and will return again.
The staff all went the extra mile to put me at ease and sort out the eye problems I was having. Patrick the optician was very efficient and professional, Gillian was very friendly, guiding me through initial tests, then Julie patiently and meticulously literally spent hours helping sort out glasses and some previous vision problems I had. A top notch service.
