A very comfortable stay. The system for breakfast needs some more thought. No management on site so breakfast items were laid out the day before. This meant that guests could take these items eg fruit at any time so little was left for next day breakfast.

My first experience of remote managing accommodation. No staff on site apart from a cleaner once a day. Good communication with Management via texting. Room 6 was comfortable with a bed, wash basin, chair, wardrobe and small TV. Access to 1st floor lounge with TV and kitchenette. Ground floor breakfast room. Cereal, fruit, bread & Crossens available. Water for kettle stored in the fridge. Microwave for use as well. Note: When it's gone it's gone. There is no access to a tap in the breakfast room or lounge. Parking at the rear. Good bus service into Aberdeen or a straight forward 30 minutes walk.

Very lovely Guesthouse in Aberdeen. Carol is very friendly, well organized and communicated well with me in securing the room and in bus directions to get there. Room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was continental.

Quite odd. Our room decor was straight out of the 80s. It smelled of damp. There was 1 communal shower and toilet per 3 rooms so 6 guests. At £44 per night can you really complain though? No cooked breakfast either. Cereals, banana, apple, toast, jam, butter, tea, coffee and juice. Very basic. So yogurt or pastries would have been nice.

The owner Carol is such a lovely caring friendly lady. Not only did she make sure we had a comfortable stay, she went beyond that and helped me and my child with her car when we were in trouble. The room is so cozy and the shower is very comfortable. Carol created a home for me and my child during our short stay. Thank you Carol!

Perfectly placed for cycle route 1 and 195 (the Deeside Way). Great value for money. No frills, basic breakfast, shared facilities.
