Small, smelly, cold and dated! Room radiator was on but it was freezing because the windows are so old, the heat was just escaping. Springs on the bed made a noise when you even sat on it. The whole place smelt of fried food. Couldn’t wait to leave and checked out not long after checking in. Shame as the lady is very nice.

Another night of seagulls and no sleep. Toilet has no wh basin Shower is positively dangerous. A quarter of an inch turn between freezing and scalding and the head support bar comes off the wall. You can't access the wash basin without turning sideways. The stair bannister is broken. Kettle cable is too short for the entire kettle to be on the dressing table. And I had to refix the TV coaxial cable to the tv connection. The building shakes when neighbours go in and out of the room. STB three stars. Maybe thirty years ago. Asked at breakfast if you have mushrooms yesterday. Answer was "of course". Seagull noise is constant.

Great value for a 1 night stay with cooked breakfast. Room was small but cosy and although basic pretty comfortable. Breakfast was cooked to order and good quality. Host very accommodating and let me check in at 1200 before an Xmas party. I would definitely stay again.

This Guest House is the best in Aberdeen town!! If you want luxury rooms, private bathrooms and quite place, this is the best choice, Ladie from reception will look after you, price wise affordable, breakfast included, what do you need else.. I'm more than happy to come back here, checked in late evening, it's like 24/7 reception. 10 stars from Russian customer

I loved this guesthouse. Stayed for one night while in Aberdeen on a work trip. The guesthouse is about a 15 minute walk from the rail station. Close to union square shopping centre and union street. The room I stayed in had its own bathroom which was great. Nice and cosy, got an ironing board upon request, and the breakfast in the morning is served as a full hot breakfast. The dining arrangements are on three big dining tables so I'm guessing when it's busy, you might have to dine with strangers, but I think that adds to the guesthouse experience.

Lovely hosts, friendly and helpful. It was a small room and ensuite but very well and thoughtfully equiped with nice touches such as robes and cosmetic tissues, cotton balls, plus kettle, tea amd coffee. Breakfast was beautifully presented. It was within walking distance of town for restaurants and bars but far enough away to not get the noise. We'd stay here again if visiting Aberdeen.
