Location wise it's great as it's in the heart of the city however the place needs to work on its hygiene. The sofa had questionable stains and the stairwell had an appalling stench and looked like no one bothered to clean the stairwell for a long time. However the rooms were decently furnished, so if you are on a tight budget and hygiene is not an issue, because it's a relative matter, you can try this place.

I was honestly going to go in when I opened the front door. The hallway was filthy, very tarnished and really old and seen worse for wear. I had thoughts of going down to my usual hotel ,The Station Hotel. My room J was right up at the top, should I or not. I decided to carry on up to the top. After a few rests, climbing up 4 flights. No lift. I made it Turned the key low and behold, a very nice flat all to myself. It was basic but spotless with a crisp feel of brand newness to it. However they had cut corners for sure. A small TV, when it could have been much bigger, for a few pounds more. The bed ,double wasn't new but quite comfy. Getting into it was very hard as it was tucked away under an alcove under a sloping down ceiling. The bathroom was fine except toilet was very low to the floor. Shower was nice although I can't use them as I can't stand or bend to wash etc. Living room again was nice and pristine. It had a wonky round table which was very annoying plus a very marked couch which was again so low to the floor, I had to use one of the chairs from the table. The kitchen was very nice with everything you required except, washing up liquid, hand soap and hand towel. One would have thought, the owners would have realised, customers wouldn't have carried, those things mentioned with them. Well certainly not me. Not even Shower gel etc. You just expect that nowadays The flat was enjoyable though and I would book with them again maybe.

Amazing, City centre flat right in the heart of Aberdeen. This flat is local to absolutely everything you can imagine, plenty of eateries nearby, short walk to train station and Union Street. The flat came with all bits and bobs you'd need for staying in a flat (loo roll, hand soap, fairy liquid and sponges, laundry pods, pots and pans, cutlery, etc), towels and hair dryer. There was also tea, coffee, sugar, salt, fry light, fresh milk and cereal. You will need to bring your own shampoo and body wash. There is an under counter fridge with a wee freezer space to fit some ice, as well as a telly and WiFi. The TV was a smart TV so you could easily login to your own Nowtv, Netflix or prime video accounts to watch your favourite shows however it did have free view also. One bedroom with a small double bed, decent sized kitchen, living room will sofa bed and table/chairs. The bed was a bit lumpy and a bit small for 2 people and the sofa bed was hard as a rock. Having said that we both slept well but worth noting if you can't sleep on too soft or too hard mattresses. The bathroom has a shower stall (no tub). The flat was on the top floor (up 4 flights of stairs), and it was very warm (think we've come on the hottest days of the year so far) even with all the windows open however you do get a lovely breeze through the windows. Worth noting as well it was nosiy with seagulls and wee sparrows singing their wee hearts out. Having said all that the place was immaculately clean, well within the budget, and we weren't fussed with the noise of the birds etc but always worth knowing about if you're a light sleeper or someone who can't climb 4 flights of stairs. If I could make any recommendation to the owners it would be to put a fan or two in the cupboard for these hot days or for people who just prefer it a bit cooler. Check in and out was so easy with a code for lock box. Absolutely faff or fuss. We messaged them a few times and they got back to us very quickly. 100% we will be back. Brilliant wee home away from home for a girly weekend away!

Excellent apartment in a quiet and central location. Thoughtfully the host had provided fresh milk so with the coffee and tea also provided together with breakfast cereal no shopping was required.

Central area. Nice flat. Modern kitchen and all utensils you need. A few tweaks good be done for a more comfortable stay. Shower pressure not great but could be a plumbing issue in the area. Sofa quite small to relax on. Bedroom could do with black out blinds or a curtain, the light shown through by 5am so made it quite hard sleep through such brightness. The bed wasn't the best, felt like it was going to split down the middle. Only 1 mirror in the bathroom. Could do with a full length mirror behind 1 of the doors....or even just a second mirror. Other than that it was a lovely stay. Pubs, shop and takeaways/restaurants are a seconds away. Walk from train station I would say 5 to 10 minutes away

Great place! Very clean, comfortable, and easy to find from train station. Some breakfast items were set out for us, along with tea, coffee, and fresh milk. Would absolutely stay again. Many thanks!!
