   The Beeches, is a fabulous place to stay, ran by gentlemen, John. Check in was a breeze, informal, though professional. Rooms are absolutely perfect. Very comfortable, mini fridge, iron board, trouser press and more than adequate clothes storage. Hospitality tray, tea, coffee etc. Rooms were immaculate and exceptionally clean. Beds were very comfy. All soaps, shower gel, towels etc provided. Breakfast is included and offers excellent choice. John was always around at breakfast time and a truly lovely man. Other than this he's very discreet. I would have zero hesitation booking here again and thoroughly recommend

   The Beeches is a fabulous accommodation option in Aberdeen. Located a bit out of the city centre it offers wonderful rooms that are large, quiet, and well equipped. Breakfast is complimentary and I enjoyed the fresh local berries every morning. Downtown Aberdeen and the harbor are a short twenty minute walk away, and in case walking isn't an option, the bus to downtown stops across the street to transport you and your luggage to the bus or train station. Finally, I cannot say enough about my host, John. He was always available for information or a special favor. John is the ultimate host. I can recommend staying at The Beeches most highly.

   John is an exceptional host. Excellent European breakfast. The Union street is just a 10 minute walk from the residence. Wouldn't stay anywhere else when in Aberdeen.

   Highly recommended. The hostel couldn't be in a better location, it's just a 10-minute walk from the start of Aberdeen's main street, has a spacious parking lot behind the building, and there's a bus stop right in front that takes you to the center of Aberdeen in 5 minutes. But the best part isn't its location, it's the manager. John is your man. I've never experienced this level of hospitality in my life. Attentive, friendly, and warm, he's someone I could spend hours listening to over coffee. The rooms are old-fashioned but provide everything you need: they are clean, the bed is comfortable, and the hot water in the shower comes quickly. Simply perfect.

   Fabulous B&B; comfortable, spacious rooms with all the facilities you might want. This includes toiletries, fridge, iron, safe, tea making facilities and more. There is a great choice for breakfast, so much to choose from. The off-road parking behind the house was a bonus for us. Location is fairly central yet quiet. There are a couple of options for evening meals within a 5 minute walk. There are buses from right outside the house. John is a friendly and accommodating host, making us feel completely at home. I highly recommend The Beeches.

   A little dated but clean and cozy rooms with every amenity you could ever need. The owner John is uncomplicated and quite attentive. Continental breakfast is great, but sadly no Scottish option, which would make the experience perfect.
