    Having never been in custody before I was awash with emotions and, I admit, very scared. I was advised that Mr. Bourne would be able to assist me in my darkest hour. I was not let down. The professional manner, knowledge and ability to see through BS was outstanding. I was given confidence and able to state my case clearly. It was invaluable help just when I needed it. Post custody, the firm were equally as attentive and gave prompt advice clearly and directly. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm. They are solid and can be counted on in a crisis. They were a tremendous help to me in dealing with my issues from start to finish. Thank you is not a strong enough word to convey my gratitude.

    Best thing I done was appointing Hurleys as my representation! I never felt judged which was the most important thing to me when having to discuss very personal things.     As the named address for our landlord, I am frustrated at how they operate. Despite being requested for the address of our landlord as per s.2 Landlord and Tenant Act 1985, they neglected to do so? Furthermore, despite advising them of a name change some 2 and a half years ago, have failed to provide any update to corespondance for this. Nor have they provided Gas Safety Certificates for three years, or an electrical safety test certificate, both required by law! Whilst I presume this is the landlord and not the solicitors, I am amazed that this outfit continue to represent said landlord, and ths in turn brings in to doubt the reputation of the company! In short, they seem to be a dodgy outfit, and as such, best steered clear of!
