   TMT have been excellent. All communication has been very quick and explained in an easy way. Having had to deal with multiple companies in our moving process, TMT have been the best to deal with. Catherine in particular has always dealt with us very professionally, even if we could sometimes be exasperated by some of the roadblocks (not from TMT, from mortgage broker). She has always sorted problems quickly, responding to emails very quickly and calling us if it is easier to get information across. We even found out from TMT we had been accepted for our mortgage, before our mortgage brokers even knew! Would highly recommend their service.

   We would definitely recommend TMT after using them for our sale and purchase recently. Like many others trying to buy and sell this year, the process has been very long and complicated, especially since our chain was looped! Despite never dealing with a looped chain before, James took control of the situation, came up with a plan, and rallied the other solicitors involved to get this very unusual chain through to completion. It was nail biting at times, but we had confidence in James and the team to pull it off, and they did!

   I cannot speak highly enough of Megan Lyon at TMT and her willingness to go the extra mile in what was a particularly stressful house buying experience. Her professionalism and conscientiousness was exemplary and she put a tremendous amount of effort into what was a challenging conveyancing process. On top of this, Megan was an extremely empathetic communicator and very easy to contact - she always responded promptly to my many calls and emails. Megan was particularly good at persistently keeping on top of other parties when information was not forthcoming.    I honestly can not say enough good things about TMT! We were put onto them for our home purchase, and using an alternative for our sale. From the start of our house sale we encountered issues from the alternate conveyancing firm and 2 weeks before completion (Before xmas too) they were completely unresponsive, so we decided to put everything through TMT. They were so efficient, helpful and friendly they said they would try their best to get us moved before Christmas, and they did. All of the team went above and beyond our expectations and pulled it off whilst still keeping our original completion date. They knew exactly what they were doing and nothing seemed like too much trouble. I would especially like to thank Megan Lyon and Tracey Matthews for all their hard work, will definitely be using you guys in the future!
