Nice apartments, comfortable beds. Terrible noise insulation! Feels like the windows are opened and the street is very loud and busy. Hard to get optimal temperature in the apartment.
We had booked an apartment couple of months before our arrival for a 5 nights, and was charged for the full amount. I didn’t receive the checkin details till few hours from our arrival and when I requested it I received a cancellation with no reason, when I phoned they told me the apartment has maintenance issue , but If this was true I didn’t get any notification up until I asked for the checkin details. I was left with no options for me and my family who we travelled from abroad. Will never try them again and would advise to not book this apartment.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. We had booked this property 3 months in advance, for a 3 night stay. Had paid in full one month before. Requested more info on how to check in and our accomodation was cancelled 2 hours before check in with no explanation. Will not answer any telephone calls to explain.
Very comfortable. Slightly off putting no Reception staff or equivalent visible. But enjoyed our stay . Would use it again.
The best in Aberdeen!, very clean, everything looks new. Also Lucy Hames the manager was REALLY lovely and helpful Definitely will come again
Very well located and clean. Its like a home away from home just without the cleaning and all the other day to day hassle you worry about running your own home
