   ⭐️Review for Nando’s Milton Keynes. No words can truly describe the experience! If you're ever in Milton Keynes, Nando’s is a must-visit. I absolutely love the place — the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The food? Absolutely delicious! From the wide variety of options to the amazing staff who are always ready to help, everything was top-notch. You can really feel the positive vibes from the people around you — it just adds to the joy of eating there. I highly recommend trying Nando’s at least once in your life. Whether you're a fan of mild flavours or spicy heat, there’s something for everyone. Five stars from my side!

   Didn’t find the service here very good, or friendly, we had to sit and choose what to eat then go and queue to place our order at the till, although there was 4 of us in our group our food arrived around the same time, i would rate the food as 5 stars as it was very good !, I had to go back to the till to collect my drink as this wasn’t given to me when I placed my order ?, I assumed they’d bring it over ?, only wine on offer was served in a can ?, I don’t think I’d choose to eat here again

   waiter was called Mason and our food was really lovely. Hope Nando's Milton Kings and the manager come to check with our meals to see if everything was alright and when he came pick our plates he asked us to see if it was allowed to take our plates and some eating.

   Very good. I ordered food for collection son review based on that. I ordered the Double Chicken Burger with peri salt fries. I chose my time slot which was the next available and in 20 minutes. I turned up a couple of minutes before and was greeted by a very pleasant and friendly member of staff. The food was ready and the member of staff very keen to make sure I had all that I needed including extra sauces and double checked the cutlery was there. The food was very good, tasty chicken and the sauce and salad were good, as was the Bun. The fries were nice too, and not greasy which is a big thing for me as can't tolerate a lot of saturated fat. Food was still hot by the time i opened it up in the hotel room. All very good.

   Prefer this nandos to the one in the shopping centre as it's usually a bit quieter. It's a pretty standard nandos in terms of the food. However on this visit they had no pittas, no wraps and no burgers... Which didn't leave many options. The staff were great and really friendly. The place is clean and tidy, usually fairly fast, what you'd expect from a chain to be honest

   We are a group of friends who meet every week. Been regular patrons of this outlet of Nandos for last the last 3 years on a weekly basis. Yesterday the customer experience we had was really shocking. The young gentleman taking the order was not willing to provide two plates of thigh meals. He was of the opinion that we could only have one plate of thigh and the other one would have to be breast. After a heated debate on this we ordered, paid and settled down to wait for the food. We got one dish and were kept waiting indefinitely for the remaining. While waiting the Staff would not assist in resolve a highly wobbly table as well., saying that we should do this ourself. After a substantial time waiting for the remaining dishes we decided to leave and request for a refund. Interesting that though the payment was made using a credit card the manager (Rebecca) refused to return the money to the card. Though we were offered cash instead. This unit had been good and the staff knew that we were regulars. In fact some of the staff yesterday did come across to apologies for the way we were being treated. It's going to be difficult to forget this episode and highly unlikely that we would visit this unit again. Lately over the last few weeks we have noticed a high turnover off staff and detoriation in service at this outlet.

   They took too long to get me my food. I was with two friends who got their food relatively quickly but I had to wait a long time. I usually go to Nando’s and it is fine however this experience disappointed me.

   Fantastically run Nando’s. The service was amazing and always with a smile. I ordered online which is cumbersome (Nando’s sort it out) but food arrived promptly and hot. I tried the imitation one but can’t say I’m a fan. As you see from the picture portion size of peri chips was amazing. There were loads of online orders going out but not at the expense of those dining in, unlike the one in Kingston where online orders dominates the restaurant. The manager here was brilliant and asked his staff where they needed any help or support. Absolutely brilliant!
