   The one star rating is purely for the absolute state of the toilets. Both male and female. The female toilet smelt like pure sweage, the floor around the toilet was wet with god knows what and the toilet brush had mushy tissue all around it. I have a very strong stomach but that smell almost made my meal come back up. Absolute vile cleanliness standards. Sort it out

   No clear signage upon entering (on 60 mins max stay) resulted in an unfair £100 parking fine for a stay of 90 mins. Pay and Display car park next door will costs less than 2 pounds! And there is no way you can pay extra for your parking when you find out. Avoid this predatory car park at all costs. An awful experience.

   Today was a terrible experience I spent £20 today and did not get 15% off the store manager was very rude and offered no compensation My burger had no extra cheese that I payed for. I also had to ask for my sauce that I also paid for.

   Subject: Feedback on Poor Service and Cleanliness – Receipt #76, 14 Aug 2025, 7:21 PM Dear Burger King Customer Service, I would like to share my recent experience at one of your locations, which unfortunately fell short of expectations. Firstly, ordering from the kiosk was not self-explanatory, and when making the final payment, our order was incorrect twice — missing both the 6 chicken nuggets and a Whopper from the meal deal. Additionally, the toilets were not clean. When I visited, there were visible leftovers from a previous user, indicating that no regular checks or cleaning had been carried out. This was disappointing and unhygienic. To add to the frustration, I noticed that two customers seated next to us also had issues with their orders, which suggests that the problems may be widespread at this location. This was particularly disheartening because I have visited the Manchester Burger King in the past and found the service there to be fantastic. Unfortunately, this recent visit was the opposite. I hope management can take this feedback seriously and make improvements in both order accuracy and cleanliness to ensure a better customer experience.

   My first proper job in the summer of 1998 after we'd moved to the Kingdom of Milton K. Something to do before going back to college, at the time on two pounds something an hour, although at that age I felt like a king (pun intended dear reader) earning my first proper wage packet. First time dealing with the general public and realising what a cruel world it is sometimes, but an experience that gave me a thick skin and an ethic for hard work. Thanks for reading my review although it's way out of date. Go and have yourself a cup of tea and a great day.

   Probably the worst place around here. The manager here is useless, I ordered the same meal on 3 different occasions and they were all priced differently each time. I questioned the manager on this and he just stuttered and said his till was broke. Still can't get it right even though its on the screens behind him. Reluctantly gives you ketchup but only 2 sachets despite paying nearly £12 for the mediocre meal. This man needs training in customer service, if he dont want to be there then go get another job and don't spread your misery on others. The price of this place is an actual joke! The amount you pay for a meal you would think that they can afford a cleaner. The atmosphere is dead in here much like the zombies behind the counter. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

   Service was a bit slow, even after 8pm. Didn't help that the BK app is subpar on Android, and no in-restaurant self-service kiosks. The milkshake machine was out of order. The toilets weren't too bad, though "hand dryer" is almost pointless, as does little drying. The plant burger was nice, and ordered a side of large fries. £2.69 is a bit much for a side, particularly when the burger was cheaper (after Monday's offer).

   Didn't realise burger king was so expensive! Partly my fault for not checking the prices before ordering 3 X Memphis burger meals large and a kids meal for £38!! Cheaper to go five guys and that's saying something. The chips where hot and fresh but found the burger to be cold. Don't think I'll return for the price unfortunately.
