I've recently moved house so I was looking for a dog groomer in my new area. I booked in with pristine pups ltd through email and got an appointment fairly quick. I am so happy with Auti’s groom, she came out looking amazing and smelt very nice. I could tell Auti enjoyed herself there. I will be booking in again when it is needed. Thank you!!
We took our 11 month old puppy here today and couldn't be happier with the service, she had had a bad experience at a previous groomer and was terrified but she came out so happy which is a testament to taking their time with her and going at her pace! We are very grateful to have found a place that she felt comfortable in - highly recommend
Had Stan, a border terrier hand stripped. He's a bit boisterous but they have done a lovely job. He looks very handsome now. Staff are very friendly and Stan enjoyed his visit. Many thanks
I'm very happy with how much care they take with my Charlie, a 12 year old husky that hates her nails being done. They both cut and file her nails, so it lasts a bit longer for the next time I have to drag her through the door. My first time at this groomers Lovely friendly staff, knew the groom look I wanted for all three dogs Scottie Westies My 3 dogs were happy and played great with the other dogs while they took turns being groomed I picked up 3 beautiful top groomed dogs they were very happy I’m extremely happy with the groom
overall good cut but our do was there for around six hours which is too long
The team at Pristine Pups did an amazing job grooming our chowski Biggie. I felt comfortable leaving him there and he definitely enjoyed himself too! It’s clear they care about their work and take their time. Worth every penny
