   The best groom Frank has ever had — hands down! We brought our dog Frank in after a big move and lots of travel, and he really needed a proper scrub. He’d been adjusting to the UK summer (and scratching more than usual), so we wanted to help him feel comfortable and refreshed in his new surroundings. From the moment we arrived, Louise made Frank feel completely at ease — no stress at all, just wagging tails and calm vibes. She took such thoughtful care of him. The transformation — he looked like a brand-new dog! His coat was shiny, he smelled amazing, and most importantly, he was happy and relaxed. You can tell Louise truly loves what she does, and it shows in the attention and kindness she gives. This was by far the best grooming experience Frank’s ever had — we’re so grateful and wouldn’t take him anywhere else now. Highly, highly recommend Dairy Lane Dog Grooming!

   Winnie has been going to Louise for grooming for a few years. She always comes out relaxed and smelling wonderful. She really needed a deep clean a few days ago after rolling in fox poo, She is now looking fresh and her coat is super soft. I can highly recommend Louise to all local pooch owners. She is very professional, friendly and reliable.

   Louise keeps my cockapoo’s fur regularly trimmed and for a great price. Maisy always looks great! We are lucky to be able to rely on Louise when we go on holiday as Maisy is a regular boarder. She’s a nervous dog but Louise always manages to keep her very happy. It makes holidays more relaxing for us, knowing she is with Louise. We are very happy customers!

   We have used Louise numerous time for our 5 dogs (4 collies and a spaniel). Our collies are alway in such a muddy and matted mess when they go in as are quite shaggy coated, with one being very nervous natured but Louise always does a marvellous job at making them look like pristine pooches and is very calm with them so even our nervous one relaxes for grooming - the only groomer we have used that has been able to do this!!! Our spaniel is also always getting covered in burrs and Louise always makes him look fantastic and is very good with sorting his ears out - couldn’t recommend highly enough!! Very good service and value for money!

   Avoid at all costs, i took my dog for a wash and brush, but despite asking twice for just a wash and brush he ended up having his coat totally butchered,if that wasn’t bad enough she done it so badly it will take months to look normal again!
