The best dog groomer I have managed to find in the past 3 years! She is so kind, and you can clearly tell she adores dogs. Norman always comes out looking his very best! Couldn’t recommend highly enough!
Regina did a great job with Marcela who is a bit scared of the groomer and not the easiest to work with. I won't hesitate to come back.
My boy Archie is a bit nervous, but Regina was very patient and kind with him. Very happy with the service, and will definitely come back again!
Bizarre behaviour. I booked an appointment for 9:30 and was told because I *might* be up to 20 minutes late to collect my dog (11:30 vs 11:10) that it wasn’t possible to leave my dog. So, unless you can pick up your dog *exactly* when told, don’t bother taking your dog for grooming. EDIT: you can see in the response from the owner she's trying to blame her customers for consistent lateness (I've never once been late). She seems to be great with dogs, terrible with humans.
My dog is a rescue and this was his first trip to a groomers, I was worried about how he would cope with it but Regina was so friendly and good with him, she completely put my mind at ease and she did a great job with him, he looks so handsome! He had a full groom and she got it just right, she tidied him up but kept the fluff that we love
Very impressed with my dog's first haircut here. She can be a tricky customer, but Regina did a great job and Peach emerged beautifully soft, white and fluffy. Next appointment already booked.

I took our dog, Daisy, for her first groom today, and Regina at Caversham Dog Grooming did superb job. We only rehomed Daisy five days ago and she had knots and matting in her fur. Regina did a really great job tidying Daisy up. Thank you! Highly recommended.
