   I would agree with the previous reviews on the new groomer. Having previously used them with no issues, my chihuahua has just had the worst grooming service. Poor badly cut trim and did not follow instructions on hygiene cut and had an abrasion on his back area. I had to see our vet who confirmed this would have probably been done by the groomer. Managed also to lose his collar and sent unprofessional texts referring to an unnamed dog. Also very chaotic on arrival. Our dog will not even walk past these groomers now. We will not be using them again.

   Due to the previous heatwave and unable to get my Westie into my usual groomer (he gets groomed when visiting family in B’ham) I in my infinite wisdom decided to groom Joey myself BIG MISTAKE! and also after a person decided to give him ice cream let’s just say a very embarrassed owner with a disheveled looking dog was immediately made to feel a lot better! Jade did a fantastic job with what she had to work with and I can’t praise her enough that my Westie is now a happy and fully restored!

   Rude and Unprofessional. I emailed and asked for a quote as there “quote prices” on instergram wasn’t very clear. Got a quote for £45 i thought that more than we usually pay but for a good cut im happy. For reference I told them the dog bread and that’s how they quoted. Took my dog into store the day of his hair cut they were all very nice no mention of any changes. Came to collect said it was cash or bank transfer only and said they would let me no the amount. couple hour gone by no mention so i just bank transferred the £45 i was quoted. Received a message next day saying £50 now i know it only an extra £5 but after being told the amount I explained this in a kind way. To only be told i’m dishonest (after telling them my dogs breed!) and the fee was actually £65!!!! £15 more than first quoted! then told my dog wouldn’t be welcome again which nor would i wanted to take him back after the rudeness received! no to mention they cut my dogs paws and only in collection had realised they’d managed to cut them! Completely unprofessional wouldn’t advise it to anyone!

   I took my sister's dog Molly (a bichon) and the lady could not have been more gentle and compassionate. Molly was in a scraggy way and she cut her beautifully. Totally recommend this place- your dog will be treated like canine royalty for sure!!! Do not hesitate to book here.
