Third year using Aero Taxis to take us from Wiltshire to Southampton and back for our cruises. First class customer care and always accommodating when we arrive early or late. Nov ‘25, Ramin was our driver, he was brilliant and came an hour early for us as we disembarked really quickly. A huge thank you to Mr Shafik for the continued care provided. Excellent service. Received email confirmation of booking. Ommas (not sure if this is correct spelling) was lovely . Arrived on time 20.40 and drove us home to Southampton from Bournemouth Airport. We had a great chat with him on route and he was very kind and stopped at the Co Op so I could buy some milk for the morning coffee. 10/10
I was nervous booking on line as I have never flown into Southampton airport. Despite the flight being late, Aero taxis were on it and picked us up easily and took us to our hotel. Friendly, helpful driver. Our return journey, equally good! Price very fairly. I would highly recommend : )
We used Aero taxis to take us from home to the cruise terminal in Southampton and back again at the end of our voyage. The service was excellent. They arrived on time for both trips, good cars, nice drivers, and a reasonable price. You hear horror stories about long waits on arrival back in the UK, but this didn’t happen. I was able to contact the firm And confirm their arrival. Would definitely use again.
We used Aero for the first time yesterday and wow! Such a nice vehicle, fab upfront price, arrived on time, polite and friendly driver. Didn't take his name unfortunately but we were all very impressed and will be using them again in the future. Thank You
Picked us up and took 5 passengers plus suitcases to Heathrow and collected us again on our return. Both drivers drove safely and calmly - no unwanted boy racers here thankfully. They were polite, friendly and helpful. Improvements to the service would be automated messages to confirm the bookings, a way to see the live location of the drivers especially when waiting at the airport for collection. Also, although we provided our flight information, the company didn't use it to see that the flight was very early and so the driver collecting us came at our original estimated time.
I felt very reassured by receiving text messages and driver numbers the day before our flight. The cars were very comfortable and water was supplied on our journey back, which was very welcomed. The drivers were very friendly. A very pleasant experience and would recommend them to others.
Aero taxis were fantastic. I booked a car to take me from Southampton to Heathrow. The booking process online was simple although I rang to check how to enter details of my return flight in case it was delayed. It was the special instructions when I clicked through to the next page. The driver arrived in good time and was helpful and friendly. The car was very clean and comfortable. The drive was very smooth. It was a fair price for the distance. Highly recommend this company.
