Each time I have phone they put me on hold come back and say they have no drivers . Perhaps it's because I am going from ms hedge end to barfoot road
Booked a trip with 4 drops offs then the driver refused to do the drops as he was not booked for these. Called the office and they hung up on me. Terrible service.
Very disappointed, two 8 seater taxis arranged that were both cancelled a few minutes before they were meant to arrive. Unfortunately leaving a party of 16 stuck with no transport home, on a freezing cold night. A real shame that Millers reputation has been spoilt since being taken over.
Booked a taxi via Map My Ride app for the first time and was quoted £6.20. Chose cash option as I like to tip driver. Driver raised charge to £15 for a 2 mile ride at 7.15pm when I had no chance to book alternatives. Went to wrong location and was 20 minutes late. Will never use this service again!
Driver was lovely and friendly and very reliable
Have always used Millers but this time ( since they went to cab my ride) they didn 't show up despite calling them twice whilst waiting. Won't use them again.
Now called Cab My Ride. My pre-paid taxi did not arrive and as a result I missed my hospital appointment. I will not be trying to use this company again.
