offsite for Southampton Cruise port five minutes away over the tollbridge which cost £1.20 very helpful staff at the car park bit muddy when it’s wet so make sure you got a good pair of shoes overall good value for money
Excellent service, you keep your keys unlike many others in the area and the mini bus gets you to the Cruise terminal in 10 minutes
Booked with them for Aug, used before and close to Southampton docks, run a good service with minbuses ferrying you to and from the terminals.
Had an absolutely wonderful service from this company. We were greeted personally on arrival and parked our car, then retained our car keys. On the return journey the minibus arrived as soon as we phoned them and we had a quick and efficient return back to our car. The minibus was spotless and very comfortable. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
We used this company on 1st July 2023 for cruise parking and returned today. The staff are amazing, and the service deserves more than 5 stars. What really impressed me is that you don't have to leave your car key's with them and that the car park is locked up and monitored by cctv. An excellent service at a very reasonable price. I will definitely use this company again, and I can definitely recommend them to anyone who are thinking of sailing from Southampton. Thankyou so much for delivering an excellent service.
Hired the executive team coach for our annual trip to goodwood and it was nothing short of excellent! The coach was luxury and we felt really special turning up in it. It was fully equipped with excellent Wifi, tv's fridges tea & coffee and every mod con you could want. They were on time, drove very well and we arrived on time. Driver was very polite and smart. Couldn't fault the service right through from bookings! Will be booking again next year
Appeared on 'Defenders UK' from 27/10/20 on BBC One. Their cover was blown when a driver had whistleblown over being made to drive more hours than legally allowed and to falsify the coaches data. This happened with multiple company drivers, one driving for 10 consecutive days when the legal limit is 6 days. Not the worth the risk, do not put your lives in the hands of these people who put profit before road safety.
Booked at short notice for a cruise from Southampton. Booking was quick and very easy. Drop off and pick up from docks was excellent and friendly staff. Definitely will use again
Used for a family holiday transfer and absolutely amazing service. Comfortable and nothing was too much trouble. Both ways the drivers lifted all of our heavy luggage. On the way back Harry dropped us all home direct rather than one drop. Fantastic price too. Will use again without hesitation. On time and very courteous.
On time, friendly service, would use again. Taken off one star as requested a female driver which they said was not a problem. In the end a male driver was provided both ways. A courtesy call to tell us this would of been appreciated. Considering we required a vehicle to transport one person we were a little surprised when mini buses turned up for both legs! However it was spacious and comfortable and apparently the only vehicle available so fair enough.
