I’d like to start off with how prompt and prepared my driver from costal cars was. His name was Richard. He was on time for my pickup in Swindon, the traffic was bad, but he went further than the extra mile to ensure the journey was no longer than it needed to be, back to Southampton. I was offered help with packing bags into the van. Richard made sure I was relaxed and made sure I was more than comfortable, when travelling.
