We were picked up at our hotel near Heathrow. Adrian took us to Windsor Castle and then on to the port in Southampton. You will not find better service!! Very knowledgeable and willing to share history of the area. Will definitely use Paragon again if in the area. Bruce and Priscilla Mayhan

My brother and I recently used Paragon Taxi for a transfer from Southampton Cruise Terminal to LHR after disembarking our cruise on June 26th. Adrian was amazing! We pre-booked the transfer a couple months in advance without any issues. Adrian was so amazing! He arrived a little early and was waiting for us at the terminal and we had no issues. He was also very responsive to communication and easy to talk with. The service he provides is top notch and I highly recommend him. We will definitely use him again on our next trip!
We rode between Heathrow Airport and Southampton Cruise port as well as a return trip at the end of the cruise. Adrian is a wonderful driver. His communication is prompt and he never leaves you questioning if he will be on time and where you can find him in a busy place. A wonderful kind and caring driver and and an excellent company. This is the second time we have ridden with Paragon Taxis when visiting the UK and we will certainly call them again when we return!

"Cant cover it" refused taxi service at 5:30pm on a friday despite being in the service area. No alternative solution was offered, was willing to wait up to an hour.
