We pre-paid £23 for a journey that the actual driver told us was £10.60. When I queried it, I was told it was a system glitch!! I don't think so as friends were charged only £14 for a slighter longer journey, at a similar time, on the same night. No way would I book with this company again.
Left after 3 mins of waiting without a call, leaving us waiting on the pavement for 20 mins. Then charged £42 for a 10 mins trip (new years eve but still felt ripped off)
I would have liked to give five stars for the extremely pleasant and efficient gentleman on the telephone and the lovely driver Clive who took me from Parkway Station to the Nuffield Hospital today. Unfortunately the driver who took me back to the stattion chose a circuitous route and charged £2.50 more than the first driver. As it was mid morning with barely any traffic this was not necessary! Needless to say the first driver received a generous tip and the second driver no tip at all
