Advert clearly states 24/7 But if you ask for a taxi at 06.30 hours. You are told drivers don't start till 7 am Very confusing!
Excellent service! I rang to arrange a taxi to go to the train station 5 minutes up the road. They said they can send a taxi in 25 minutes. They said our driver was picking someone else up from the same location and they would be back to collect us. A few minutes later the taxi driver said he was able to take us as he had a few minutes before he picked up the next person. Both the taxi driver and the caller were very helpful
The phone rang & rang, but nobody answered. Very poor, couldn’t even leave a message and there was no option to book online.
Absolutely brilliant service and at a very reasonable price. Picked up four, slightly tipsy 'ladies,' very late at night, from a wine tasting evening in Lockerley, and dropped them off, individually, to multiple locations around Southampton and Eastleigh. Driver was 'bang on time,' friendly and patient, whilst our guests slowly got themselves organised to leave. No doubt he had to put up with having his ears assaulted throughout the journey as well! Also the comms in making, what were quite complex arrangements, were faultless. Would therefore highly recommend Samtax and we will be using you again for sure. Our thanks to all concerned for helping to make it a successful end to a very fun evening. It's greatly appreciated.
Referred me to another taxi company when they had no available drivers at very short notice. I think being that helpful deserves a good rating.
Lack of commitment and organization. We booked for three days. The first day he arrived late and the second day he just didn't show up. When I called to find out the reason for the delay, the attendant said she hadn't booked. I do not recommend.

Pre-booked 5 journeys for a wedding weekend. Kathryn was very helpful arranging the cars by email, quoting very reasonable fixed prices for the trips, and confirming the week of the wedding. They all turned up precisely on time, with courteous, friendly drivers. Many thanks!
Was not quoted a price on booking. The taxi then arrived an hour early and I was told they could not come back at the booked time. Was therefore forced to leave my friends wedding early, only to be charged a very high price for my journey. Will not use again.
