Been using Graham's services for 10 years now. Never had any problems, blades and scissors always sharpened very well but also informs you when they getting to their end of life. Never had any problems with my clippers been serviced too. Hes very reliable and fast turnaround.
Graham has been looking after me, my grooming equipment and electricals for many years now. Always provides an excellent service, and has helped me out and advised me when I've asked. I couldn't recommend anyone more!
All ways use Groomtech for servicing my equipment as Graham was highly recommended to me. He provides a great service with a very fast turn around items have been serviced returned and received back to me within 48 hours…Great communication tells you what issue is/was he always explains what’s he done and what parts needed etc… I would highly recommend Groomtech for everything and best of all very reasonably priced.
Graham at Groomtech has saved me on more than one occasion. He looks after all my equipment, will lend me spares where possible and turnaround is as quick as he possibly can. He has turned his hand to problem solving the electrics in my grooming van and is expert in changing the water pump for the bath!! He keeps me on the road, working with safe, efficient grooming equipment. Would 100% recommend
I sent off my Andis AGC super two speed clippers as they had stopped working (wiring problem). I sent on Friday 20th and received back today 28th fully repaired and very reasonable cost. Considering the state of our local post I was impressed with cost and turnaround time. I'll use again if needed - but not for some time hopefully
Graham sharpened all my clipper blades at very short notice to a very high standard excellent customer service I would highly recommend and I will definitely be using him in the future
First time using Groomtech and what a fantastic service! Called Graham with a query on Friday evening he was very helpful had my blaster sent off to him on Monday and I got the dryer back fully serviced and repaired very quickly!! Highly recommend
Would highly recommend! Graham was amazing! Not only is he really reasonable but I rang him with a problem he told me to drive to him and he’d do it then and there for me! Within an hour I had got to him and he’d fixed my dryer and I was on my way home and could continue with work! He is an absolute life saver and I will be back for sure!
