Super helpful taxi company with lovely helpful driver who went above and beyond helping us out when it turned out that the restaurant we had booked our taxi to get to didn’t accept dogs! Very punctual and reliable. Highly recommend and will definitely use again.
We needed a last minute airport transfer when family arrangements fell through. We appreciated the kind and helpful person who booked our taxi on the phone when all the other companies only had a website contact form. 5 stars for being able to speak to a sympathetic human in a stressful situation! Our driver Geno was also friendly and helpful, just the right amount of early so we didn’t need to worry about getting to the airport on time. He was efficient and reassuring. The home trip was in the early hours of the morning and we appreciated Geno meeting us at arrivals, helping with our luggage and knowing all the alternative routes when the motorways were shut. 5 stars for the driver too! Will definitely use again. Thank you for stepping in when we needed you.

We stayed in New Forest for a few days and needed transportation to and from our accommodation so we reached out to New Forest Taxi. They were great from the start, very responsive and transparent on email, and very punctual and reliable when they picked us up (thanks, Gino!)! We also went with them for our journey back to London from New Forest and everything went so smoothly. Highly recommended!

You may see people saying how good these guys are but in my experience they are way better than that. Alex our driver was absolutely spot on time both ways, really clean car, comfortable and warm, made my evening run to military precision. You just don't get that anywhere else.
