   We wanted to travel from Lymington to Milford on Sea for supper. When we booked, the lady in the office was so helpful and moved a few things around to accommodate us. Both our taxi drivers were on time, really friendly and professional. An excellent service thank you.

   My wife and I lived in Lymington, Pennington, and Milford-On-Sea for a total of 3 years. We are now back in America. I want to tell everybody how wonderful Lymington Taxi service is. We did not own a car. Lymington Taxi took us everywhere we needed to go for 3 years. Always on time! Very comfortable cars and very good drivers who were fun to talk to and became our friends. Each driver helped my wife Eileen get in and out of the car. And helped us with our heavy baggage to 2 hotels before we were driven to Heathrow. Thank you so very much for all the services.    Very reliable; Bob, Monty and others really friendly. I have used them three times in the last couple of weeks and been very happy. Couldn't get a mobile signal to make a card payment just now and Monty took the ride on trust. I suppose he knows where I live! Still, hassle free and an excellent local company.

As well as this the switchboard operators for Lymington taxis have always been reliable and polite and I have always managed to pre book a cab easily and for a good rate!    I have used Lymington Taxis quite often since I have been unable to drive due to Parkinson’s. Their first point of contact is Kelly who is on the reception and she is such an an asset to them. She usually finds me a taxi even at short notice and is very helpful! All the drivers are very friendly and will put my bags into the boot if they are bulky- one kind man took my bags to my front door. ..they are a great company and I wish them well.

   Absolutely avoid at all costs. 3 times in the last 10 days they have been 30 minutes late, no explanation no apologies no reduction in fare. My colleague and I are regular customers, using them 3-4 times a week, always book at least 8 hours prior to pick up and they still don't turn up on time. Good job it's not an urgent appointment to get somewhere. Sorry to the nice drivers and people on the phone. But whoever owns or runs this company need to sort it out. Will never use again.
