   We highly recommend Paul and the team: Alison, Anne-Marie & Sarika for their service. Without them we wouldn’t have got our mortgage. Having only recently relocated to the UK, Paul managed to get our financial application approved without any fuss. He was the only person capable of helping us. We also decided to change our property during the mortgage application. Again, Paul had no problem altering the application and smoothing things over with our mortgage provider.    I contacted Fairstone for my mortgage application as provided by the sales. I am happy with the service that I received and the speed that they handled my requests, especially Minisha. I was informed throughout the process and when I had questions, they always responds within a day. Everyone could imaging getting a mortgage is such a big thing and you would not want anything to go wrong. So having a responsive advisor and knowing someone is actually trying to get things done for you is quite assuring. Anyway, everything went well and I am now moved in.

   I can't recommend Nick Hood enough as a mortgage adviser. We had such a long journey to buying our house and went through the mortgage application process four times (as we had to change house or where with lockdown our mortgage offer expired, not any fault of Nick or Fairstone). Without fail Nick was professional, prompt and great at explaining each step without jargon. If everybody I had dealt with in the house buying process had been like Nick it would have been a dream.

   I have had a fantastic experience using Fairstone and our advisor Tom. It may have taken a little longer than expected but this was down to the Lender dragging their heels. Even after securing our mortgage, Tom went back to the Lender to try and secure a lower rate, at our request, and we managed to secure this. I would happily use them again when looking into a remortgage.
