    Today I had really bad experience with this company. I booked taxi by 4:15 PM for 5:15 PM, firstly taxi was late and secondly the taxi driver was so rude and appears very frustrated with his work or whatever. Didn't know how to talk with the customer. Another taxi been called and reach on appointment place 15 minutes late. Later on book again with the company and been asked for 30-40 minutes and after waiting 55 minutes when taxi did not appears , tried to call to ask but no body answer and then tried call again then they tells lie and mentioned taxi was there and we called you many times but I didn't get any call and mentioned me to wait for next 1 hour again or book the another taxi with another company. I don't understand it is a racism or what ? Because I'm not English person that doesn't mean they have right to waste my time and shout on me unnecessarily. If you guys can not handle your work and have this much hate towards non English people then you should have to mentioned on your website that no other race will allowed otherwise you'll get treated like shit . We aren't taking any free service, if taxi is yours then we are paying for the ride that doesn't mean you have the right to waste people time and spoil their mental health and messed up with their schedules. This is really pathetic services I have ever taken. Hopefully I'll never ever take this service ever in life.

    Absolutely brilliant service,called as son and his friends were left stranded at Gatwick airport at midnight!after another company failed to turn up for their return journey.and having the dreaded phone call to try and sort out transport for them. They were the only company that answered their phone and left to pick them up at 0.30 am.so grateful to these guys delivering all 7 teenage boys home safely.

    Pre-booked a taxi to collect us from a wedding at 11.35pm on a Saturday night. Booking accepted and called the day of the booking to update me that the price quoted was wrong and they will be charging over double this amount. Arrived 1 hour late, after the wedding had finished leaving our party stranded. Multiple phone calls made to enquire where our car was as there were no proactive calls from them advising that they would be late. No discount or apology offered by the driver. Would not recommend, and obviously would not use them again.

    Update: the company got back to me quickly and it's clear this man does not reflect the company as a whole and they'll get back to me after they speak to him. We all know life is hard the man probably just needs some support so appreciate them getting back to me and arranging a meeting with him. --- The driver of this car: BLUE FORD TOURNEO KN71 WDP has extreme anger issues, and I suppose this man didn’t break the law so I can’t report him to the police but I’d really like to. Does screaming in the passengers face when he questions why the agreed fare of Β£45 has suddenly been raised to Β£55 once arrived at the destination count as some criminal offence? For me simply saying ok I’ll call the office to confirm? I suppose not. But he spun round in his seat red in the face and absolutely screamed at me, literally losing his voice in the process. I absolutely did not feel safe near this person. I called their main office and didn’t get any significant response though I was mid panic after the incident so perhaps I missed something. But no contact from them. Anyway, absolutely do not get into the car, you are not safe with this person. Edit: to be fair the issue is this driver and not necessarily the company. I've contacted them again to give them a chance, if they call back I'll update the review. If you don't see any further updates to this post then you can expect that the actions of this driver reflect the company as a whole...

    My 89 year old mother and I were 30 minutes waiting . being told every time we called it would be only another 10 min/ 5 mins. It was too long not acceptable, they should have told us at the time of booking there would be a delay. It is just as well we didn’t have a train to catch!

    Booked return transfers to Gatwick. Excellent service. Comfortable journey in a clean Mercedes. Courteous and helpful driver. Highly recommended.

    I use this service all the time. I just found out my friend got hear Falkirk and Has a little chance of living. I change my Taxi a little chance of time . I have changed my Taxi times multiple times but giving a 10 minute 15 minute warning. I called the driver asking if I could book a time for 9:30 explain the situation in that I wouldn’t be in the most facial mindset and he just replied saying okay when do you want to pick me up you up. It was very rude and abrupt and I don’t appreciate it in the slightest. I think it is horrible behaviour. I just found out that my friend has a limited time to live told him this because I was emotional on the phone while calling for Taxi and I don’t appreciate it in the slightest.     Prompt pick up and nice driver took us to Cholderton Farm. Phoned for return journey, chap very abrupt and told us no cabs available for the return journey. Just a flat no. Even though I offered to wait for an hour or more. If there are no cars available at 3pm what happens at busy times? No apology, won't use this company again. Advise owner to get politer staff.
