   We have been clients of Matt at Altor for many years and would have no hesitation in recommending him to any prospective client. We are in our mid sixties and he has not only helped us with investment advice on how to live within our means with the the lowest risk of our savings falling in value but is also now providing very valuable advice on taxation, IHT planning and other areas such as wills and trusts. We have been so impressed by him, and have such high confidence in him, that he now handles the financial planning for our two daughters and their spouses. One other area where Altor is different is their approach to fees. The original reason for going with them was that he was paid by us and not on a commission basis by financial firms that our money is invested in and so there was no conflict of interest. Since then he has consistently delivered us further fee savings in a way where our percentage cost for Altor's service has dropped over time. This illustrates his relentless pursuit of client satisfaction. He has built his business model on the principle that if his clients are satisfied and trust that he has their interests at heart then he will gain more clients and so benefit in the long term.
