   Great polite friendly staff, aware of all the inherent problems that go with container transport.update....been working in the docks for close on thirty years and it pains me that once these companies have got the monopoly they couldn't give a toss how long you sit around.    Very busy place - make sure you got a booking number (vbs) - and double check twist locks before entering ‘pads’. Sometimes it takes a while to exit the place so a little patience won’t go amiss. Crain ops love a toot to say thanks and they’ll return the favour!!
