   Based on my personal experience, Delamode International Logistics left a very negative impression. The environment was extremely demanding, stressful, and disorganised, with noticeable issues in structure and day-to-day communication. Exchanges were often confusing and inconsistent, making coordination unnecessarily difficult. Language diversity, including a significant amount of interaction in Polish, sometimes complicated teamwork and daily operations, increasing frustration and inefficiency. From my perspective, the overall organisation and management approach lacked clarity and consistency. Decisions often seemed rushed or poorly coordinated, creating an atmosphere that felt chaotic rather than professionally managed.    Be aware: this company has no organisation or respect for drivers. I arrived at 9:45, but the staff were already on break. I asked how long the break would be – they said from 10:00 to 10:30. I only had 2 pallets to deliver, but I was forced to wait 45 minutes and as a result I missed my next delivery. This has happened here many times. I hope the market will eventually verify how this business and its staff operate.

   Driver caused lots of issues and would not leave the premises he stayed for the night and blocked the gate and refused to leave, very rude and unprofessional driver and caused problems for the landlord of the property.

   The problem with the place is not work, it's the people who work there! Everyone wants to be boss wants to run everybody, and they don't want to work well, they think money is easy and when they are taking care of the table, they think they don't have to roll up their pallets! If you don't have a serious meeting to resolve this, the company will always be missing and losing good employees! Discrimination with non-Polish people is very great. Poles help each other, non-Polish people have to do the hard work, and they don't receive training to change position. Lack of total respect with good people who leave home to earn their decent money! Import Service pay attention to this problem. Unfortunately. Because of these problems, I left work yesterday! And believe me in the last three weeks more than 10 people left work because of the same problem.
