Exceptional resident service team. Lovely place to live. We had an amazing experience with Phil and his team (They are all kind and above-and-beyond helpful. Plus they plan fun events for the building too! If I could review them separately it would be 5 stars for sure. My one massive disappointment was with how poorly Dandara Living (totally separate from the residence service team) the move out process was treated as it has been over a month and a half since I have moved out and I have not received my security deposit back. I was initially told it would be 28 days from the time I moved out however I am still waiting a month and a half later. When i called to follow up I was told that it is with BACS and I should wait.

Exceptional resident service team. Lovely place to live. Unfortunately shady company in general. Choosing a place to live is a big decision, so I’ll explain some more for potential/future residents: My partner and I spent the first year of our time in Aberdeen living at The Point. We had an amazing experience with Phil and his team (Vishaal, Reuben, and Jordan were amazing!). Brad does maintenance for the building and is also lovely. We were always happy to chat with everyone. They are all kind and above-and-beyond helpful. Plus they plan fun events for the building too! If I could review them separately it would be 5 stars for sure. The flats are cosy and the space is used effectively. We loved our studio and didn’t struggle with the small size. The location is convenient and views from our window were amazing. Every single area of the building is kept immaculately clean by the cleaning staff, who are also so nice. And very importantly, the flats are warm in the winter! We loved bills being included in the rent, though didn’t even need to turn the heat on much. If we hadn’t bought a place of our own, we would have happily continued renting our flat at The Point forever. I genuinely cried on move-out day! Our one massive disappointment was with how poorly Dandara Living (totally separate from the residence service team) treated us on move-out. They overcharged us by billing us for the entire month as usual, rather than adjusting our bill to match our tenancy’s end date. After a month of this not being corrected, I’ve had to contact them myself to ask for it to be changed and for a partial refund. I can only assume this was intentional and will happen to everyone if you don’t look out. We were also sent a very unfair cleaning fee for our flat, and told furniture and fixtures were in significantly worse condition than when we moved in, despite the move-in and move-out photos being identical. Be prepared to triple check everything and have a fight on your hands if you don’t want your money taken from you unjustly. It’s all been a pretty heartbreaking and exhausting end to an otherwise perfect experience for us. tl;dr: The Point is an amazing place to live full of wonderful people! You will love it. However, be vigilant on move-out and prepare to argue.
Presently living here. We have a gym, a big laundry room, a lobby with coffee machine and function rooms as well and it's in the heart of the city.
Nice place to be at. May a slight addition should be jacket or coat hangers somewhere around the entrance.
Very well put together accommodation. Classy environment. Chilled out. Right at the centre of everything in Aberdeen. Check it out.
