Had a delivery booked for AM today, which was booked on Monday. Order did not arrive, no contact to update us that it wasn’t going to arrive. Called ourselves and they said they didn’t have a van available which I feel is not Good enough when this was booked in 4 days ago. We had also been left without a sofa as we got rid of ours this morning in preparation for the new one arriving. I emailed in to complain and a gentlemen from The Southampton branch called and I explained what had happened and he also agreed it wasn’t good enough, he spoke to someone else and I received a call from the delivery guys and they delivered it this evening and they were great! Thank you so much!

We recently received a pallet delivery from France, and the service was outstanding. Our driver, Tom, truly went above and beyond. Not only did the delivery arrive on time, but Tom also took the time to help us move the heavy box all the way to the other end of the yard—something he didn’t have to do. He even assisted in disposing of the packaging, which saved us a lot of time and effort. Friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. The delivery driver Ben could not get to my house because of emergency gas works and road closures so I spoke to Adrian (both from Depot 5 at Chandlers Ford) and between them they managed to arrange for me to meet Ben on a different drop and get my parcel on the same day. This meant I didn’t have to drive miles to the depot the next day. Adrian was fantastic on the phone and kept me updated as well as being courteous, polite and extremely helpful. Ben was so apologetic for not being able to get to my house (which was completely beyond his control) and was also kind, courteous and extremely helpful. Between them they have made my Christmas and because of them I wouldn’t hesitate to use APC again and recommend them to friends and family. Thank you.

Awful, was tracked and out for delivery between 1411-1611. Followed the tracking online and was down as 44th. The app read delivery 40 and was around the corner from my house. About an hour later I still heard nothing so checked the tracking and it had jumped to 38 then disappeared no longer being able to track. Thought about ringing but gave them the benefit of the doubt, by half 6 that evening I was fed up so called with no answer from the depot. I tried 3 different numbers before googling their location and driving there. Within the office was a phone that said pick up handset for visitors or collection which just rang out. Through my frustration I decided to cross there barrier and check the office where a couple of blokes were sat, I asked why the handset didn’t work and they didn’t say much however were helpful in tracking my parcel down. I was then sent to another depot down the road where my parcel was sat in the doorway. The bloke said he didn’t care much and the parcel had been there awhile. I decided not to pry as I was just happy to have finally gotten my parcel! You pay for a service you expect at least some customer service with it! Awful way about going through the process, no updates tracking or delivery failed or any notification. Technically I could have not even picked the parcel up yet as I’ve yet to receive a notification to say it has been delivered or collected. Overall pretty shambolic experience from them as couriers and would not recommend. If I could it would be zero stars as I had to do all the work myself, if I hadn’t chased this up I would probably still be sat around waiting so if you do have the unfortunate experience of dealing with them make sure to pry and chase them up as the whole attitude was sort of like we can’t be bothered it’s not our problem.
