   Absolute joke of a company. Driver was showing as in roads around my address all day, then nowhere near the delivery address. People locally refuse to use this company as many parcels magically "disappear", especially around Christmas time. After speaking with a online representative and being informed they are unable to deliver due to the driver having issues, I them get an email saying they have attempted delivery. Flat out lies from the online team. Having had this happen multiple times, if you end up with this courier and get the same message I recommend immediately informing the company you purchased your item from. In the past with immediate pressure from both the sender and recipient, the magically "disappeared" parcels magically "reappear" often many days after disappearing.

   I wonder if my parcel will ever arrive? 3 days late so far. I tracked the van using the website, it got 2 roads away from mine and then turned around and left. 3 days later and nothing from them at all. Emailed the company with 0 response.

   At 08:10 - 15/12/23, on the Jct3 roundabout (M27 heading East), a driver (reg No. HY69 UGT) in one of your lorries sped through a red light; whilst chomping a packet of crisps. It wasn't even a jump, it was a blatant disregard, as our lights were fully green. As you can tell by the photos, plenty of morons jumped the light. If any of our side shot off at green, your moron would have hit them! Re-educate your drivers!

   After placing an order online, I received no updates about when to expect delivery. On 12/07/23 I received a house card to say the delivery was attempted but no one was home. The note stated that they would keep the items for 5 working days, attempt to redeliver and that I should contact the depot. On 13/07/23 I submitted a query on the company website as it was not possible to reach anyone on the phone nor online chat. I had asked for delivery to be scheduled on 17/07/24 No response. On 14/07/23 I submitted another query and still no response. On 15/07/23 I drove to the depot to collect, I was then told that the driver had tried to call me multiple times and that multiple notes were left, we only received the one note and no calls came through. I was then informed that the package had been sent back to the supplier. I needed the delivery urgently and have been massively inconvenienced and suffered financially due to this. Must avoid at all cost.

   Wickes uses DX to help to deliver the laminate floor to my new house. And the delivery window is 07:00 to 18:00. I am still not moving in, that means I need to wait at the site for a whole day. At last, I got a card for re-arranging the delivery. They never give you a call before delivery. And have no tracking system, you will never know when will it be delivered.

   I've worked at DX as a parcel sorter and I rather enjoyed it. It was hard work, for sure, but then again, it was a warehouse job, what do you expect? The other people who work there were really quite nice and easy to get along with.
