   I booked this two-bedroom apartment with breakfast included. After confirmation, I was told the property was unavailable and was offered a one-bedroom replacement — further away and without proper facilities. The check-in was a complete disaster. I was sent to a shop instead of an office. Then I was given a code without instructions — not for the door, but for a hidden lockbox. I had no way of knowing how to open it. After many unanswered calls, a woman finally responded. There was constant noise from her children, poor connection, and at one point, her children were picking up and hanging up the phone themselves. When I expressed frustration, she told me: “I’m not your host, I’m just helping you,” — as if I should be grateful for the confusion and delays. Eventually, she explained over video how to open the box and find the keys. Once inside: • No internet, • One towel only, • Fridge didn’t work until someone came later — no instructions were provided, and just “plug it in” didn’t help, • “Breakfast included” meant two mini kids’ cereal boxes, expired instant noodles and biscuits, and a sealed croissant. All snacks, mostly out of date. • No clear info, no help, just chaos. Yet, there were written instructions on how I should take out the rubbish and strip the bed before checkout. Seriously? I requested a £50 partial refund, which is completely reasonable given the service. After that, Bukky, the person I had been messaging with on Booking.com disappeared and stopped responding. SCAM. Paying for this “two-bedroom flat” you might be cheated like me and get one bedroom with horrible service. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID!!!

   House of Fraser is a SCAM. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID Ordered a birthday gift with 1-day delivery. Received that 3 days after birthday party and it was faulty. After several tries and staying at home for collection returned the Item 26 days ago. I still have not recieved the money. They say we have not recieved the item while DPD tracking shows delivered to them 25 days ago ( 671862303 DPD tracking number). They don't even have a phone number and their customer service always copy and past 1 line of rubbish. I know they ask me here to let them know the details again as I have provided them several times. This ia why I let them know the order number: HOF40000071401939 AVOID. AVOID AVOID
