   Shears failed to deliver my package on the agreed delivery date and also failed to let me know this was going to happen, this cost me a days work. Would not recommend this company at all, communication costs nothing.

   Not great to work with for small companies . Constant delays to delivery points. Further more they damaged a pallet in their warehouse and the won't admit liability even with video provided and the driver damaging the pallet. Customer service very slow to respond. If you are a small business look in other place.

   This company is no good to work for. Go through drivers on a weekly basis. Pay is rubbish and they want an arm and a leg from you... AVOID!!!

   Very good company that has had some bad times in the past but, has made great strides in moving forward. Service levels have improved 10 fold and all the drivers are very friendly, smart and helpful. I would recommend this company to anyone, always deliver and collect on time with a smile!

   One of our suppliers uses the pallex network and Shears is the delivery company for us. Been forced to use them for over two years. Absolutely bloody useless. Next day delivery- yep if your lucky, notes on delivery sheets ignored. Broken pallets, promised delivery times forgotten for days. Bring an electric pallet truck Ha,Ha up your bum. broken down lorries, badly maintained tail lifts that jam, more agency drivers than you could shake a yorkie bar at we have had it all. The one good thing is that the odd good driver is amazing and I have clawed back a lot of delivery costs from my suppliers. Not even worth one star.
