   The computer terminal and the system is rubbish and frankly I would not use it again. I was at the counter for 15 mins and the only bright spot was the Staff doing their best to help. DHL need to get a better dedicated and better located terminal put in place and update the software so it works. I just pray that my documents arrive in Guernsey on time ( reference number 4523848641)

   This company is full of bull. I had a text saying my delivery was between 12pm and 1pm so I got back on time to find a card saying already been. It was 11.45am The driver did not fill out the slip properly or state the time he had been to drop it off but on the online tracking statement he made out he was at mine 12.05 but I was on the phone at 11.50 complaining. They said they will deliver it again the same day... No they never. It was a car part I needed as I already booked the garage. Absolute shocker. Funny cause my neighbor had the same problem last week. It took him 4 days to receive his parcel. In the future I will use Hermes. I have never had a problem with these guys. Bloody incompetent. DHL you are a joke.

   Opening times are incorrectly listed. Now shuts at 19:00. Website for WHSmith and DHL needs updated. Very inconvenient.
