I have been using Tax Assist Accountants for a number of years now for my tax returns and will continue to do so as I always get a decent tax refund and they are very easy to work with.
Awais is avoid my call because HMRC have informed me that he had lied to me and not submitted my accounts that he told me he did back in June. I have been paying him monthly for 2 years now and he has always been hard to get hold of. I am now facing fines from HMRC due to him not doing his job that I pay him very well to do!
I have been using TaxAssist Accountants for a few years now. They have consistently been providing great service and excellent advice from the start of me opening my own limited company. Always answer my many questions and put my mind at ease.
I wish I could give them zero. Reason for being unhappy with their services is mainly lack of response and procrastination. One examples is closing out my account which has taken them more than 6 months and still on going. And another one is a case of tax re-payment letter from HMRC issued back in Feb to their account which still not been acknowleged by TAXASSIST.
