Thank you Romsey Sorting Office, for redirecting my parcel with an incorrect postcode ….rerouted to me and delivered in 24 hours. A manual intervention and a shunt along with Southampton Mail Centre, top team & i know how busy you are.
Never open. No way of contacting anyone. Not enough staff to make deliveries and never update any tracking. Don't bother getting anything special delivery to Romsey, it'll never arrive on time.
Excellent service from Will and the team after missed delivery on a Saturday of flowers for our anniversary on the Sunday Will and the team went above and beyond to get them redelivered on Saturday afternoon by a colleague on his way home even had a phone call from a young lady to let me know this was going to happen Can’t thank you all enough
Very friendly people and always helpful. Short opening hours but that's not the workers fault. Royal Mail was privatised and is now owned by IDS and their majority shareholder is (you guessed it) a foreign investment firm called Vesa Equity. I expect Visa Equity care more about their international investors returns rather than the Romsey Office opening hours.
Is this place ever open? How are people that work supposed to get parcels when it’s only open for 2 hours a day?
Lady that served me was rude and hostile. No eye contact, no friendly greeting. When I went to return some items on amazon she went on an aggressive tangent, apparently "people like me" are killing post offices because.... I don't know ? She was rude and hostile because I had some amazon returns, and was vile, rude and dismissive. I left in tears because of this angry bully.
Waste of time. Only open between 8am to 10am. Apart from Saturdays when open until 12
It’s never open!!! Anyone that works full time just cannot collect anything. Its the most inconvenient place in the world to collect mail from. Only open until 10am on most days and Saturdays so if you have anything planned you just can’t collect your parcels for weeks sometimes.
