    Absolutely shockingly awful. I was told delivery would be Thursday. Nothing. I was then told it would arrive Friday. Nothing. Customer service representatives Helen and Kay useless. Both telling me delivery was guaranteed. Both times Nothing. Them I'm told it 'may' arrive on Monday. Completely useless.

    I just checked the tracking number to see when my parcel will arrive and I noticed messages saying "Receiver not home. We've left them a message and we're waiting for them to get in contact with us,no card with contact details!!!I was at home!!!Seriously very bad company on the market, people waiting for important delivery and when you tried to contract them about your parcel it's answer machine, unbelievable

    Worst experience ever; u don’t deserve even one star; rescheduled thrice; driver doesn’t even wait a min for me to come and collect my document; driver drove off and not bothered. For two times no door bell rang, nor i got any email or update. I am waiting for brp, its very important because i need to travel next week. I don’t understand how come home office uses such as incompetent company to deliver such important documents. Utterly disappointed and frustrating. I can’t arrange collection, i work monday to Saturday ; i booked two days off, waited whole day just for the driver to not show up. This is the third time i have rescheduled. I have formally complained and no response for that either. Awful and very bad service.

    They come your house but don't do the bell or knock the door. Been waiting 2 days for a BRP card worst company for delivery I don't know they use this fraud company

    Appallingly bad delivery experience, like the vast majority on here it seems. An item from a Garden Machinery company that should have been next day delivery has been stuck in their depot in Nursling for the past 10 days. Delivery 'pending' they say, but with no delivery date given. I tried to contact them but there is absolutely no way you can speak to a human being. Then the tracking app implies that they have tried to deliver twice but no one at home. NO WAY! I am retired. I have been here all day every day, and I watch the gate through a CCTV tracking cam which records all visitors. And this morning I get a notification from them saying they are unable to deliver and are returning the item to the vendor. THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE! This seems to be a very a common complaint here. Why on earth does anyone use this company?

    I would like to know what happened to my Residence Permit Card. When they came to deliver the first day, I was at work. I arranged a redelivery for Saturday April 30. When they came, I was at home. The delivery man was so fast! He didn't even ring the bell. I saw the van through the second floor window and I ran to open the door. Unfortunately, I wasn't fast enough. I received an email saying that TNT had been unable to deliver my item. I asked a new redelivery for yesterday. I was waiting all day. I didn't do anything else! And nobody came. This time I didn't receive an email. Nothing! I am very disappointed! I will complain, because I need the card. This is the worst delivery company I have ever seen.
