    Just had a card put through the door the postman has broken my letter box clean off so I just have a hole in my door where it was no attempt to ring the doorbell and say anything just drove off so happy to vandalise my door and just run away registration plate KR64 GRU this is totally unacceptable and I expect someone from the post office to get in contact so I can send them the bill for this and this should come out of the wages from the guy who has broken my door

    Can't believe it!! Ordered item yesterday lunchtime(ish) and expected it to be delivered tomorrow before 10pm. Low and behold it was delivered this morning by a postman who was absolutely brilliant!!! How good is that. Faultless!!! Thank you.

    Very friendly staff but the opening hours are inaccessible to so many people. Because of work, I haven’t been able to pick up my parcel for over a week.

    Never open! What are you supposed to do? Okay work in the restaurant industry so late nights and all day Saturdays - not really possible to collect a parcel between 8-10 when you get off work at 2 and aren’t there on Saturday! Who designed these times they aren’t convenient for anyone! Absolutely ridiculous

    Never a long queue and always friendly staff. I have even managed to take in a missed delivery ticket my lovely darling dog got hold of for then to kindly try and piece it back together for me. Couldn't ask for a better service from our local depot!
